Synopsis: While Raiders pester B5-bound transport ships, the Narn attack Ragesh 3, a Centauri agricultural colony which was a Narn world long ago. G'Kar shows a message from Carn Mollari, Londo's nephew, claiming that Ragesh 3 had appealed to the Narn for aid. Sinclair captures a Narn helping the Raiders, who has logs proving that the Narn attack was uninvited and unprovoked. G'Kar orders a Narn withdrawal from Ragesh 3. Back on Earth, Luis Santiago is re-elected President.
