Synopsis: FutureCorps executive Taro Isogi is murdered before he can conclude a deal with Mars colony representative Amanda Carter. The attack is witnessed by Talia Winters. She scans a "death" being played over and over in the killer's head. The man is identified as Abel Horn, a Free Mars rebel thought dead. Horn is shot down and explodes. Sheridan deduces that Horn was controlled by a cybernetic implant, and suspects that a rogue agency called Bureau 13 may have sent him.
