Synopsis: Centauri Emperor Turhan brings a formal apology to G'Kar, hoping to stave the war. But Londo conspires with Lord Refa to attack and destroy a Narn colony. with Morden's help. Turhan dies and is succeeded by his nephew Cartagia, who is sympathetic to Refa's faction. Meanwhile, a mysterious courier brings a message to Garibaldi from Ambassador Sinclair. He warns of a great darkness approaching. Sinclair asks Garibaldi to help his Rangers - and to "Stay close to the Vorlon."
