Synopsis: April 9, 2260. President Clark declares martial law and disbands the Senate. General Hague goes on the run. The Night Watch moves against Sheridan to take control of B5. Sheridan sets a trap and places them under arrest for conspiracy to mutiny. Lady Morella, Centauri Emperor Turhan's widow, prophesies that Londo has three chances left to escape his hellish future. She predicts that Londo will one day be Emperor - and so will Vir. One will become Emperor after the other dies.
