Synopsis: A young woman named Lyndisty arrives and announces that it has been arranged for her to marry Vir Cotto. Vir prefers to marry for love, but he can't resist her attractions. To his horror, Vir discovers that she has killed many Narns, whom she regards as non-sentient. After two Narns make an attempt on her life, it is revealed that Vir has been secretly smuggling Narns to safety. Londo revokes Vir's appointment to Minbar, and Lyndisty is sent home - but she pledges to return and marry Vir.
