Synopsis: Garibaldi discovers that the Grey Sector is missing one deck, Grey 17. He finds that the deck has been shut off by a cult led by a fanatic named Jeremiah, who captures him. When attacked by an alien Zarg, they work together to escape. Meanwhile, Neroon tries to stop Delenn's appointment as the new leader of the Rangers. He fights Marcus in a Denn'Shah battle to the death. Neroon realizes that if a human is willing to die for a Minbari, Delenn's cause is just.
