Synopsis: Delenn offers the surrender of the religious caste. She challenges Shakiri to enter the Star Fire Wheel with her, where the caste of the one who dies becomes dominant. When Delenn refuses to leave the Wheel, Neroon sacrifices his own life to save her. Delenn names a new Grey Council, giving the worker caste dominance. On B5, Lyta reluctantly agrees to sign over her body to Bester for research after she dies, so she can work again. William Edgars hires Garibaldi on personal retainer.
