Synopsis: Sheridan surrenders to EarthForce authorities. Acting President Luchenko has Sheridan resign his commission. Sheridan is named president of a new alliance comprising Earth, Centauri Prime, Narn, Minbar and the non-aligned worlds. Marcus' body is in metabolic shutdown. Revived by the alien device, Ivanova is promoted to captain and takes command of a ship. Garibaldi rescues Lise. Londo may become Emperor of the Centauri Republic. Sheridan and Delenn marry.
