Talia Winters is a licensed commercial telepath, with a P5 rating. She was assigned to replace Lyta Alexander, who was reassigned after scanning Kosh. Winters was raised by Psi Corps and followed its rules without question, until she met a group of unregistered telepaths escaping Earth. After a last encounter with her one-time love, Jason Ironheart, she has shown evolving telkinetic abilities. She is divorced from Matt Stoner, a former telepath with links to the Psi Corps.
