Morgan Clark was elected vice-president under Luis Santiago. Clark's endorsement by Psi Corps during the election was unprecedented, violating their charter. Claiming to have a viral infection, Clark left Earthforce One just before it exploded, killing Santiago (Chrysalis). Assuming the presidency, Clark confiscated evidence of a conspiracy (Revelations). His physician, Dr. Everett Jacobs, provided John Sheridan with evidence that Clark wasn't ill and may have been part of the conspiracy (Hunter, Prey).
